Files/Docs Module: Folders Permissions in Files/Docs

The process to add and delete Permissions is the same for both Folders and Drawers. We recommend only applying permissions to one level - either the Drawer or the Folder.

To update or add Permissions:

  1. Click on Files/Docs on the navigation bar
  2. Click the Folders button.
  3. Click the Permissions button next to the appropriate drawer
  4. Click the Add Permission to Folder button
  5. Select the Year, Group, and Position as needed
    1. *NOTE: Members must meet all three permission levels to access the contents of a folder
  6. Click Save to apply the permissions

To delete Permissions:

  1. Click on Files/Docs on the navigation bar
  2. Click the Folders button.
  3. Click the Permissions button next to the appropriate folder
  4. Click the Delete button to remove the permission
