Files/Docs Module: Folders Permissions in Files/Docs
The process to add and delete Permissions is the same for both Folders and Drawers. We recommend only applying permissions to one level - either the Drawer or the Folder.
To update or add Permissions:
- Click on Files/Docs on the navigation bar
- Click the Folders button.
- Click the Permissions button next to the appropriate drawer
- Click the Add Permission to Folder button
- Select the Year, Group, and Position as needed
- *NOTE: Members must meet all three permission levels to access the contents of a folder
- Click Save to apply the permissions
To delete Permissions:
- Click on Files/Docs on the navigation bar
- Click the Folders button.
- Click the Permissions button next to the appropriate folder
- Click the Delete button to remove the permission
