Working with My Profile: Deleting Member Profile

How to Remove a Profile from your Cut Time Account:

You can do this through the Members Page or the Members (new) Page.

  1. Click on the People ModuleMembers Page
    1. *Note: The default filtering for this page is to display Members who have a Program Participation Record for the current Academic Year/Default Year
    2. To filter for all Members - Students, Parents, and Other, go to the Ensemble/Group dropdown and switch the filter from "include all ensembles/groups" to "All People, All Years".
  2. Or go to the People Module: Members (new) Page.
  3. Filter/Search for the person you are looking to remove from your Program or simply scroll down to their name
  4. Click on the red "Remove" button5. A popup will appear to confirm this action. Click "OK" to confirm deletion of Member from your database.

*Note: Once you Delete someone from your Account there is no recovering this data!  Only remove someone from your account that you no longer wish to see any information about.


To Make a Member "Inactive" for the Current/Academic Year

If the person should not appear in the current School Year/Academic Year, they will need to have their Program Participation Record for the Current Year removed. 

  1. Click on "Update" next to their Profile.
  2. Scroll down to their Program Participation Record Section.  Click "Remove" to delete the Record.

*Note: This will leave their Profile within the Account, but they will no longer be visible within the Current Year
