Getting Started: Update Your Billing Information & Paying for your Subscription

Billing Information will be required if you would like to subscribe Cut Time after your trial period has ended or to renew your subscription.

How to update or change your Billing Information:

  1. Click on Tools > Tools/Reports located the top menu bar.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen under Tools > Set up and configuration, click on the first link listed, which is your Your Organization’s information. 
  3. Scroll down to Billing Information to update.
  4. "Save" your changes.

*Note: You must log out and log back in for the account to update.


How to pay for your Subscription:

  1. Click on Tools > Tools/Reports located on the top menu bar.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen under Tools > Set up and configuration, click on Subscription management.
  3. Select the either "Pay with credit card" or "Please invoice me"
  4. Fill in the fields. If a Purchase Order number is required for you to make this purchase, enter it into the Purchase order no. field.

*Note: Selecting the invoicing option indicates a promise to pay and your account will be treated as such.

*Note: You may also call 1-800-310-0087 to pay over the phone with your credit card or send a check made out to Cut Time, LLC with your quote to 7 Old Mission Ave, St, Augustine, FL 32084.
