People Module: Searching for Members (new)

Using the Search Filters in the People Module

There are several different ways that you can search for your Members and create a report based on your filters in the People Module.

Searching for Individuals

Go to the People Module: Members (new) Page. The Search for Individuals option in the dropdown menu is the default on this page.Use the various fields to narrow down your search:

  • Member Type - Member/Student, Parent/Guardian, Administrator/Staff, Volunteers, Graduates/Alumni, or by All.
  • Status - Hide or show Members who have been Deleted from this Account. 
  • Student ID # - Find families connected by searching by the Student's ID.
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Nick Name
  • Email
  • Created Start and End Date - use this date range to find when Members were either Uploaded or Self-Registered for this Account
  • Primary Position
  • Grade
  • Grad. Class
  • Search These Results - narrow down your findings further with this query search

Once you have made your selections and clicked the green "Search" button, you will be able to see your results. 

You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone
  • Primary Position
  • Grade Level

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

Searching by Program/Section

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.

In the dropdown menu, choose Search Program/Section

Use the various fields to narrow down your search:

  • Primary Position - What is the Member's default Position.
  • Ensemble/Group
  • Section
  • Position - What is the Member's Position within a specific Ensemble/Group.
  • Status - Was this Member Deleted.
  • Grade
  • School Year

Once you have made your selections and clicked the green  "Search" button, you will be able to see your results. 

You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone
  • Primary Position
  • Grade Level

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

Dependents with Incomplete Relationships

See a report of Members/Students who have not had Relationship Links established.

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.

In the dropdown menu, choose  Dependents - No Relationships option.You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone

Narrow down your search with the Search These Results query.

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

Guardians with Incomplete Relationships

See a report of Parents/Guardians who have not had Relationship Links established.

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.In the dropdown menu, choose Guardians - No Relationships option.

You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone

Narrow down your search with the  Search These Results query.

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

All Guardians

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.In the dropdown menu, choose Guardians - All option.

You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone

Narrow down your search with the  Search These Results query.

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

Guardians Missing Contact Info

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.In the dropdown menu, choose Guardians - Missing Contact Info option.

You will see various fields of information in the sortable columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Nick Name
  • Student ID
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone

Narrow down your search with the Search These Results query.

*NOTE: Information needed to send out Communications in Cut Time that is missing/hasn't been filled out yet in a Member's Profile, will appear in red.

From there you now have the option to pull a report of your findings or complete an action related to a Member.

  • Export an Excel Spreadsheet or PDF File
  • Update a Profile - to edit a Member's Profile or view their information, click on the "Update" button next to their name.
  • Delete a Profile - to permanently remove a Member from your Account, click on the "Delete" button next to their name.

Attire Assigned to Members

Go to the People Module: Members (new) Page.

Members - With Attire Assigned option.

This will redirect you to the Inventory Module: Attire Page, and default your filtering to show items that are checked out to Members.

Inventory Assigned to Members

Go to the  People Module: Members (new) Page.In the dropdown menu, choose the Members - With Inventory Assigned option.

This will redirect you to the Inventory Module: Instruments/Other Page, and default your filtering to show items that are checked out to Members.
