People Module: Remove People from Ensembles/Groups

*Note: Once a Member is removed from an Ensemble/Group, they will not receive Communications or News Notices related to the Ensemble/Group they had been a part of.

How to Remove Members from Ensembles/Groups

1. Go to the People Module: Mass Updater - Groups/Ensembles Page.
2. Select the Ensemble/Group you need to Remove People from in the dropdown.
3. Click the "Remove" button.

How to Remove an Individual's Ensemble/Group Listing from Their Profile

(This can be done from either the Members Page or the Members (new) Page)

1. Go to the People Module: Members Page.
2. Use the filters to narrow down who you are looking for.
3. Or go to the People Module: Members (new) Page.
4. Use the filters to narrow down who you are looking for.
5. Scroll down to their Name, and click "Update".
6. Scroll down to the Program Participation section.
7. Next to the Ensemble/Group(s) that you need to Remove them from, click "Delete".
8. A popup will appear that asks you to confirm this action.
