Cut Time for Members: Make Payments for your Financial Obligations/Pledges
Make a Payment Towards an Obligation/Pledge
- Login into your Profile Page.
- Scroll down to the Financial Obligations/Pledges and Payments section. It will show all of your outstanding balances and recorded payments.
- Click on the Make payment with credit/debit card button.
- Depending on what Payment Processor your Administrator has linked to this Cut Time Account, you will either:
- See a list of Obligations/Pledges that still have an open balance. Each one will have a white box next to it where you can enter the amount you'd like to pay towards it.
- Enter the amount in those boxes
- In the Payment Details section, enter the card information of the card you will be using to pay for this Obligation/Pledge
- Click "Process payment"
- Or you will be taken to a new browser window to a third-party Payment Processor
- We're using PayPal as an example here. The PayPal payment screen shows your Organization Name and a description linked to its PayPal account. This screen is the same for every type of payment – it does not describe the specific item you are paying for.

- See a list of Obligations/Pledges that still have an open balance. Each one will have a white box next to it where you can enter the amount you'd like to pay towards it.
- Enter the Amount you would like to Pay and click "Continue".
- It will ask you to Log In or Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
- Select how you want to pay.
- If you opt to pay with a credit or debit card, you will be taken to the guest checkout screen.
- Complete the information and click the "Pay Now" button.
- *Note: Keep a copy of your receipt and notify your Administrator (music director, etc.) about your payment. The Administrator will have to confirm your Payment and update your Account status.
