Inventory Module: Emailing/Printing Inventory Contracts

Below you are going to learn 4 STEPS to email or print an inventory contract during or after assigning inventory to a member

  1. Select an inventory item in either your Attire or Instruments/Other section of the Inventory module
  2. Within the item details, scroll down to the assignment history section, click "Create Contract"
  3. Choose your desired contract template and click "Preview Contract"
  4. Choose to either email or print the contract as needed

NOTES:

  • See "Creating an Inventory Contract Template" to learn how to create the custom contract template
  • Inventory details are automatically pulled when creating this contract
  • Student/Member can access an electronic copy of this contract at the bottom of their log in landing page under their "Inventory Assigned" tab
