Inventory Module: Assign Inventory to Members

Keep track of all assigned, borrowed, loaned, rented, and out-for-service inventory items in one place.

  1. Click the Inventory menu.
  2. Select Attire or Instruments/Other.
  3. Click the Update button next to the item.
  4. Scroll down and click the Add an Assignment button.

  5. Select the assigned member from the Assigned To drop-down list.
  6. Select the effective date of the assignment using the Date Assigned calendar pop-up. Cut Time defaults to today's date.
  7. Select the Condition When Assigned from the drop-down list.
  8. Skip the Date Returned and Condition When Returned fields during this process.
  9. Enter any additional notes in the Assignment Notes field.
  10. Click the Save button.
