Calendar Module: PARENTS/MEMBERS: Subscribing to A Google Calendar
If your Administrator or Director chooses to Sync the Cut Time Calendar with a Google Calendar, you can access all of the Events by adding the synced Google Calendar to your own using the following steps:
How to Add a Google Calendar
- On your computer or other smart device, open Google Calendar.
- On the left side there will be three lines at the top of the page. Click there to open the left-hand side panel.
- Next to Other calendars, click the plus symbol (+), then "Subscribe to calendar".
- If the Calendar isn't shared with you, Google will prompt you to request access by typing in the email address associated with the program/group
- If the Calendar link has been shared with you, you can click the plus button, then "From URL" to enter the link provided by your Administrator or Director.
- Enter the URL and click "Add Calendar":
*Note: If the Calendar is already shared with you, their Calendar will be added on the left side under Other Calendars.
