Calendar Module: PARENTS/MEMBERS: Subscribing to A Google Calendar

If your Administrator or Director chooses to Sync the Cut Time Calendar with a Google Calendar, you can access all of the Events by adding the synced Google Calendar to your own using the following steps:

How to Add a Google Calendar

  1. On your computer or other smart device, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left side there will be three lines at the top of the page. Click there to open the left-hand side panel.
  3. Next to Other calendars, click the plus symbol (+), then "Subscribe to calendar"
  4. If the Calendar isn't shared with you, Google will prompt you to request access by typing in the email address associated with the program/group
  5. If the Calendar link has been shared with you, you can click the plus button, then "From URL" to enter the link provided by your Administrator or Director.
  6. Enter the URL and click "Add Calendar":

*Note: If the Calendar is already shared with you, their Calendar will be added on the left side under Other Calendars.
