System Emails: Relationship Notification to Member

When a new Relationship is created between a Parent and their Child, a full Admin will receive the following email to approve it:

*Note: Make sure that the Parent is listed as the Child's Parent, not the other way around. If a Child is listed as another Member's Parents it makes it difficult to find their profile in other parts of the system.
