Financials Module: How to Add Miscellaneous Credits

There a two different ways to add Credits; 

  1. By adding a new line of Credit to an individual Member's Financial Ledger Page
  2. Or by using the Mass Updater for Credit Balances.

The steps on how to add Credits to an individual Member's Ledger Page are listed below.

How to Add Miscellaneous Credits to an Individual's Ledger Page

  1. Go to the Financials Module: Financial Ledger Page
  2. Search for the Member you need to add Credits to
  3. Click "Details" next to their name
  4. Click on the "Record credit" button
  5. Fill out:
    1. Date
    2. Amount of Credit earned
    3. Source:
      1. Miscellaneous Credit
      2. Cash
      3. Check
      4. Credit Card
    4. Reference
    5. Notes about this Credit
  6. Click "Save"
