Navigating in Cut Time: Communications Module

The Communications module allows you to:

• Send emails and text messages to specific ensembles, sections, parents, volunteers, alumni or any other group within your organization for free.*
• Add an email attachment of any size.**
• Send text messages as “no reply” so you don’t get inundated with group text replies.
• Create your own categories (groups, sections, positions).
• Create News bulletins, which will appear on the dashboard of all profiles in the account

         *Text recipients may be charged a fee if they do not have a text plan with their cellular service provider.

        **Be aware that some of your recipients may have email clients that restrict the size of attachment
