Volunteers: Select, and Approve or Decline Volunteer Opportunities

For Members: Select and View Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Go to the Volunteer menu.
  2. All available opportunities will show in this section.
  3. Select the I'm Interested button next to any opportunity you want to do.
  4. The button changes to Awaiting Confirmation.
  5. The administrator will receive a notification about your interest.
  6. Once the opportunity is approved by the administrator, it will be removed from this list and you will receive a confirmation email. 
  7. The opportunity shows in the Volunteer History section. 

For Administrators: Approve/Decline Volunteer Interest Responses:

  1. Upon login, you will be taken to your Profile/Landing page. (To navigate back to this page, either click on the Cut Time Logo or the top right hand side where your name is, then "My Profile".)
  2. Scroll down your Profile page to the Volunteers: Interest section.
  3. Review all submissions.
  4. Click either "Approve" or "Decline" for each Volunteer response.
  5. As each response is Approved or Declined, it is removed from this notification box.
  6. Each person will automatically receive an email notifying them of your decision.
    (Ex. shown below of an Approval or Rejection Email)
