Create or Update Schedule Element Terms

"Schedule Element" is the term used to define activities on an Event Schedule (e.g., Lunch, Unload, Arrive, Session 1, etc.). Cut Time has a pre-populated list of Schedule Elements. You can create additional terms to fit your needs.

Create Elements

  1. Go to the Tools Module: Tools/Reports.
  2. Scroll down to and click on the Calendar - Schedule elements link on the righthand side under Set up and configuration section.
  3. Click the "Add Schedule Element" button.
  4. Enter a new title in the Schedule element field (e.g., Registration, Break, etc.).
  5. Click the "Save" button.

Update or remove Schedule Element terms:

  1. Go to the Tools Module: Tools/Reports.
  2. Scroll down to and click on the Calendar - Schedule elements link on the righthand side under Set up and configuration section.
  3. Scroll down the Schedule Element list to see the Element terms you created.
  4. Click the "Edit" button to update the Schedule Element, then "Click" the Save button.
  5. Click the "Delete" button next to any term that you want to remove.

*Note: You will not be able to Edit or Delete the default list of schedule Element terms. You will only see buttons next to terms that you created.
